All Dewa212 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by Dewa212 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk combinations to satisfy wagering requirements, match betting, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
All sports bets — including pre-match, in-play, Mix Parlay, and Asian Handicap wagers — are subject to the specific rules of the market and event type. Dewa212 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, suspended, or settled incorrectly due to a technical error. Void bets will have their stake returned to the player's account.
In the event of a technical failure or system error during a game or bet, Dewa212's records will be used to determine the correct outcome. Dewa212 reserves the right to void any game round or bet that is affected by a verifiable technical fault. Winnings derived from exploited technical errors will be cancelled.
Maximum payout limits apply to individual game sessions, bet types, and promotional periods. Dewa212 reserves the right to limit the maximum payment to any player at its absolute discretion.

Dewa212's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Dewa212 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
Dewa212 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) Dewa212 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) the User has provided false information during registration; or (d) termination is required for compliance with applicable laws or regulatory obligations.
A User may close their Dewa212 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any remaining real money balance will be refunded to the User's registered payment method following KYC verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, Dewa212 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. If the breach involves fraud or misrepresentation, all funds in the account may be forfeited in full.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dewa212 holds its international gaming licence. Your continued use of the Dewa212 platform after any amendments come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
